At Uproot Clean, we want you to love your fashion finds as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with tags attached. Our goal is to ensure your wardrobe is perfect, making the return process as seamless and stylish as our collections.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the original items in their primary packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the garment is free of any wear or damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link and a notification once your refund is processed.
